99% of our new students have no problems getting in and getting going, but we wanted to make your experience as easy as possible. Below are the 4 most common issues our new students have - and how to fix them :)

Common Issue #1: Can't Remember Your Password
We all have 1,2837,20374,083 passwords to remember. No worries - it's easy to reset:

- 1Go to https://sso.teachable.com/secure/73392/users/password/new
- 2Enter the Email Address You Used when purchasing / enrolling in your courses
- 3Check Your Email and follow the special link that allows you to log back in
- 4Log in with your new password and get back to blogging :)
Common Issue #2: Not Receiving the "Redeem Your Copy..." Email
This happens because you already have an account registered in our school. All you need to do is log in to access all your existing AND new content

- 1To log in, simply go to https://startamomblog.teachable.com/ and click the Log In Button
- 2If you can't remember your password, Go to https://sso.teachable.com/secure/73392/users/password/new
- 3Enter the Email Address You Used when purchasing / enrolling in your courses
- 4Check Your Email and follow the special link that allows you to log back in
- 5Log in with your new password and get back to blogging :)
Common Issue #3: Not Receiving ANY EMAILS after purchase
This happens when the customer made a typo when filling out the email address field during the checkout process. The emails are being sent, but to the wrong email addres :(
To Fix it, Email Support@startamomblog.com and let us know the following info:
- 1What email address you meant to use when making your purchase
- 2The general date / time that you made your purchase (to help us locating your transaction records)
- 3The products you purchased (to help us verify)
Our support team will identify your transaction and manually fix it, and will try to get everything resolved and sent back to you within 48 hours
Common Issue #4: Not seeing all your purchased content in your dashboard
This happens when the customer makes purchases under 2+ different email addresses.
To Fix it, Email Support@startamomblog.com and let us know the following info:
- 1What 2 different email addresses you purchased courses under
- 2Which courses exist under each separate email address (to prevent any potential fraud)
- 3Which email address you’d like all your content consolidated under
Our support team will verify all information, and will try to get everything consolidated and sent back to you within 48 hours
